SA-01-43 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> B. EHD requires a Sewage Disposal Management Plan be prepared for this project. The plan <br /> shall address how spillage will be handled or prevented, time(s) of sewage removal, what <br /> will happen in case of emergencies (disasters, electrical outage, etc.). Plans shall be <br /> submitted to the EHD for approval prior to issuance of building permits, and a review fee of <br /> $174.00 shall be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division per Board of <br /> Supervisors Resolution 90-620. <br /> C. The existing well on this parcel may be utilized provided that further water quality testing is <br /> conducted per California Code of Regulations,Title 22, and the California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 through 116570. Applicant (school owner/operator) shall make <br /> application to Environmental Health Division for a public water system with the appropriate <br /> fee as provided in the California Health and Safety Code, Section 116570 prior to issuance <br /> of building permits. <br /> Note: The site is currently undergoing site mitagation activities for the abandoned underground <br /> storage tanks with oversight by EHD. At this time it is anticipated that the minimal <br /> investigation would take place at the proposed school site. <br /> D. The EHD would recommend that no later than July 1, 2002, the San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Commission revisit the issue of a temporary occupation for this temporary school. <br />
