Brownfield, Development Services <br /> 9:30 a.m. 1. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-01-41 OF <br /> JJ BRUCE MATHEWS (C/O DIEDE CONSTRUCTION) A <br /> Site Approval application for self-storage facility composed of six (6) <br /> storage unit buildings totaling 91,300 square feet and a 1,200 square foot <br /> managers residential unit and office. Located on the west side of State <br /> Route 99, on the northwest corner of French Camp Road, Stockton(APN: <br /> 201-030-19; Address: 11374 S. State Route 99 West Frontage Road). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner;Dave Lagorio, contractor were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Lagorio indicated that he had questions regarding the policy conditions from the Community <br /> Development Department, Ms. Jolley and Mr. Martin discussed the parking conditions with <br /> Mr. Lagorio. Mr. Lagorio informed staff that a larger personal storage facility was previously <br /> approved in Morada with fewer parking spaces and it had passed requirements. <br /> Ms. Jolley indicated that she would check on the project and get back to Mr. Lagorio. <br /> Mr. Darrow and Mr. Lagorio discussed the building requirements. Mr. Lagorio was in <br /> agreement with the requirements. <br /> Mr. Lagorio indicated that he has not received any conditions from Caltrans. Ms. Jolley <br /> informed Mr. Lagorio that as soon as she received the conditions from Caltrans she would fax <br /> them to him. <br />
