Development Committee -3- <br /> (2) Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> (3) Parking shall be provided for the approved use as <br /> follows and may be installed in compliance with the <br /> approved phases : . 33 space for each fixed seat in <br /> the approved worship facilities; four spaces for <br /> each 1, 000-square feet of administrative offices <br /> that are used concurrently with the worship <br /> facilities; one space for each 1, 000-square feet <br /> and . 20 space for each participant in all <br /> accessory, multi-purpose buildings; and one space <br /> for each employee at the facility while the worship <br /> facilities are in use. <br /> (4) Accessible parking spaces, including van spaces, <br /> shall be provided according to the requirements of <br /> Section 9-1015. 10 of the Development Title. <br /> (5) The size and lccation of the parking spaces shall <br /> be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9- <br /> 1015 of the Development Title. Parking <br /> calculations, details, and phasing information <br /> shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> (6) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is <br /> required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015 . 7) <br /> e. LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, <br /> respecting the ultimate right-of-way width, shall <br /> be installed across the site ' s frontages on Winery <br /> Road and State Route 99 West Frontage Road. The <br /> strip shall be continuous except where crossed by <br /> driveways and walkways. All areas not used for <br /> buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020. 8) The required <br /> landscaping shall be installed prior to the <br /> issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the <br /> first phase of the approved project. Landscape <br /> details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1020 of <br /> the Development Title and be included on the Site <br /> Plan. Undeveloped portions of the project site <br /> shall be maintained to prevent the creation of dust <br /> or erosion and shall not become a health hazard. <br />
