(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Lester and Mildred Calkins APN: 013-220-16 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, <br /> which delineate flood risks, flood plains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review <br /> at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will <br /> be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of 43 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 43 feet. Winery Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />
