PA- <br /> 0700556 OF GERARDO DIAZ (C/O JEFF VAN GRONIGEN ) (APN: 228- <br /> 060-15) (ADDRESS: 20270 S STATE ROUTE HIGHWAY 99 E <br /> FRONTAGE ROAD, RIPON) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced General Plan Map Amendment and <br /> Zone Reclassification pre-applications to amend the General Plan designation of a 1.26 <br /> acre parcel from A/G (General Agriculture) to I/G (General Industrial) and to reclassify the <br /> zoning designation from AG-40 (General Agriculture with a 40-acre minimum) to I-G <br /> (General Industrial). <br /> The project is located on the east side of State Route Highway 99, 700 feet south of <br /> Austin Road, south of Manteca. <br /> The project site contains a single family residence. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this application and has the <br /> following comments: <br /> Basis for General Plan Amendment <br /> Development Title Section 9-803.4 states, 'prior to approving a General Plan <br /> Amendment, the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors shall determine <br /> that the internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of the <br /> Amendment." The proposed amendment must be consistent with various General Plan <br /> goals, policies, objectives, and implementation measures. <br />
