PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines. Also show driveways which can <br /> not be located in the sewage disposal area. <br /> C. The existing private water well shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: The well on Parcel <br /> #2 must be repaired as follows: The pump does not have a <br /> proper seal to the casing. <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division on <br /> Parcel #1 prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> 3 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or <br /> annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal <br /> board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which <br /> action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
