(2) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than 25 feet for two-way aisles and 16 feet for <br /> one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be <br /> less than twenty feet wide. <br /> h. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The driveway and all maneuvering areas within the first 100 feet of the right-of-way shall be <br /> paved and permanently maintained to provide a durable dust free surface. All other areas that <br /> are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. <br /> Trailer parking areas shall be surfaced with a minimum four inches of aggregate base. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e][2]a.) <br /> i. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of NFPA 1231 of the National Fire <br /> Code (static water supply). <br /> (2) Key Boxes: a Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, Standard <br /> 10-1. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property.
