STATE ROUTE 99, ACAMPO <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. A review fee of$156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at <br /> the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400.
