SA 98-19 Page 2 <br /> 22832 N. State Route 99, Acampo <br /> 4. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should the <br /> number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days <br /> per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of <br /> Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 5. If floor drains are required for wash area, as stated on attachment <br /> "B", they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by <br /> a registered engineer. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior <br /> to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is <br /> required at the time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 6. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with <br /> County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> 7. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA <br /> identification number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> 8. Contact the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Board <br /> regarding a retention pond used for storm water drainage. <br />
