1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> 2) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away' sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> 3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed Y, inch per foot(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> 4) Provide one van parking space. <br /> 5) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform <br /> Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> 6) Commercial coach will require engineered plans accessible restrooms and parking. <br /> 7) A soils report shall be submitted to the Building Inspection Division, Plan Check Section, at the <br /> time of the final submittal. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff contact: Alex Chetley, 209-468-3000) <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> b. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of the building permit. <br /> d. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish <br /> floor elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> (ii.) The proposed project disturbs less than one (1) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of <br /> common development, therefore Best Management Practices (BMP's) shall be followed during the <br /> construction phase of the project to prevent storm water pollution. <br /> 3.
