The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank <br /> practices or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required. <br /> A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. A permit to temporarily close the underground storage tank system must be obtained from this <br /> department prior to disconnecting the monitoring system. Permits must be obtained from the <br /> department to retrofit, install, and operate underground storage tanks. District Rule 9510 is intended to mitigate a project's impact on air quality through project design <br /> elements or by payment of applicable off-site mitigation fees. Any applicant subject to District Rule <br /> 9510 is required to submit an Air Impact Assessment application to the District no later than seeking <br /> final discretionary approval and to pay any applicable off-site mitigation fees before issuance of the <br /> first building permit.
