UP-99-11 OF BACHITAR SINGH <br /> The applicant, Bachitar Singh is requesting approval of a Use Permit application for the <br /> addition of 10 overnight truck parking spaces to an existing mini-market and gas station. <br /> (Use type: Truck Sales and Services - Stops) This project is scheduled to be heard <br /> before the Planning Commission on August 5, 1999. <br /> The property is located on the west side of State Route 99 West Frontage Road, 600- <br /> feet north of Woodson Road, Acampo. <br /> Currently existing on the property is a gas station, store, restaurant and parking facilities <br /> for 26 trucks. (SA-92-43 and IP-97-30) The applicant has already established <br /> overnight truck parking facilities without benefit of the necessary permits. On March 23, <br /> 1999, the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors approved Zone Reclassification No. <br /> 98-10 and General Plan Amendment GP-98-04 which changed the zoning and General <br /> Plan designations from C-RS and C/RS to C-FS and C/FS respectively. This change <br /> allows the applicant to apply for this Use Permit to legally establish the existing ovemight <br /> truck parking. The existing 26 truck parking spaces will not be used for ovemight truck <br /> parking. The proposed ten spaces will be the only spaces used for overnight truck <br /> parking. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed project, and will <br /> be recommending that it be approved, subject to the following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on . The <br /> effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from <br /> the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and <br /> remain in force. <br />
