(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Veer and Bing Singh APN: 005-143-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road has a variable existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS.- <br /> 1. <br /> ECOMMENDATIONS:1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approaches, unless already paved, shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $148.90 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area.
