State Highway Route 99 W. Frontage Road APN: 005-142-18 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 99 W. Frontage Road has a planned and existing right-of-way width of 56-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 <br /> prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is$170.16 per additional daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4.
