1). The proposed use will change the occupancy from an R-3 occupancy to a B/M <br /> occupancy (UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, <br /> mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. A licensed <br /> architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. <br /> 2). The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (a) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (b) Provide identification signs for the parking space including the "tow away" <br /> sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (c) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24). <br /> (d) Provide one (1) van parking space. <br /> 3). Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> m. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements shall be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for <br /> a building permit: <br /> 1). A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with <br /> applicable codes and ordinances. <br /> 2). Fire flow and hydrants shall be provided by the use of NFPA 1142 of the <br /> National Fire Code. <br /> 3). Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association. <br /> 4). Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, <br /> Standard 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> 2. SHERIFF <br /> a.
