1). The proposed use will change the occupancy from an R-3 occupancy to a B/M occupancy (UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer shall prepare all documents. 2). The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: (a) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (b) Provide identification signs for the parking space including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24) (c) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). (d) Provide one (1) van parking space. 3). Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. m. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements shall be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: 1). A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes and ordinances. 2). Fire flow and hydrants shall be provided by the use of NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. 3). Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. 4).
