Parcels 1 and 2 are to contain 2.0 and 2.1 acres respectively near
Collier Road in San Joaquin County, California.
TEST RESULTS:
Minimum Usable
Parcel No. Test Hole 3' Deeu Percolation 25' Max. Preliminary one-hour tests on the about 3-feet deep percolation test holes on
Parcels 1 and 2 revealed that 25' deep maximum deep percolation testing would be
required. The 23.12 feet deep percolation test hole,DIC, serves as the needed Soil Profile
Test hole. See the attached"Percolation Test Details" sheets as well as the text of this
report for the specific soil layers character and the"Test Hole Location Map"for test
hole location details.
WELL WATER ANALYSIS: The results of earlier well water testing for Nitrate (NO3)
and Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) are made an integral part of this study by including
the results of Far West Laboratories Inc. testing which is contained in their attached
letters dated 09/20/2002 and 09/25/2002 which are attached to this report.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Discharging effluent into 12,000 square feet minimum usable
disposal areas with seepage pits is recommended for Parcels 1 & 2.
