Kerry Sullivan -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION <br /> PA-02-229 (SA) (REVISION <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is$530.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Office. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year <br /> through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the <br /> existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 8. The project site lies within the proposed Mariposa Road/State Route 99 Interchange improvement are. <br /> There are conceptual interchange improvement designs currently underway consideration. It is likely that <br /> there will be additional right-of-way requirements within the area of the proposed project to accommodate <br /> these proposed improvements.
