The operation phase of this project may be subject to District Regulation VIII, as the ground surface is not covered in a permanent type pavement (such as asphalt or concrete). District Regulation VIII - Fugitive Dust Rules is a series of rules designed to reduce PM 10 emissions generated by human activity, including construction, road construction, bulk materials storage, landfill operations, etc. For further information, the applicant should contact the District's Small Business Assistance Office at (209) 557-6446.
