h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored <br /> within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not <br /> be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> i. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development <br /> Title and be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a <br /> minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any comer cut- <br /> off (snipe).
