RT. 99 W <br /> FRONTAGE ROAD, STOCKTON, CA 95215) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application to <br /> establish a facility for the sale and rental of storage containers. The project site is <br /> located on the west side of State Route 99 west frontage road, 550' north of <br /> Loomis Avenue. (Use Type: Equipment Sales & Repair- Heavy). <br /> The parcel has a General Plan Designation and Zoning of General Industrial. <br /> Existing uses include a 1,500 square foot office building and a 2,894 square foot <br /> open bay workshop. The northern, southern and western property lines are <br /> adjacent to trucking yards and general industrial office buildings. The eastern <br /> property line is adjacent to State Route 99. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site <br /> Approval Application and offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on .
