(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 1). <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Tote-A-Shed, Inc. APPLICANT: Tote-A-Shed, Inc. <br /> ADDRESS: 2701 S. State Route 99 W.Frontage Road APN: 179-110-08 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Route 99 West frontage road has a variable existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee is currently $187.36 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The application provides insufficient information to allow determination of potential project impacts. <br /> Applicant shall provide additional details relating to the number of containers to be stored on-site,number <br /> of customers, and shipment schedules and volumes. Information will be used to determine whether or not a <br /> traffic impact study is necessary. <br />
