Section 9-830.5, Development Requirements, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (a) Size of Unit. The second unit dwelling shall conform to the following requirements: <br /> (1) Except as provided in Subsection (a)(2), the second unit dwelling shall not <br /> exceed one thousand three five hundred (43W 1500) square feet of floor area; <br /> (2) In areas zoned AG, AL, or AU, the second unit dwelling may exceed one <br /> thousand three five hundred (4389 1500) square feet of floor area provided the <br /> existing dwelling is used as the second unit dwelling. <br /> SECTION 4. Section 9-881.4(c), Time Extensions of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is <br /> hereby added to read as follows: <br /> �gj Extensions for a Lawsuit An extension of the expiration date of an approved Major or <br /> Minor Subdivision application may be granted by the Director for the period of time during <br /> which a lawsuit involving the approval or conditional approval of the tentative map, is or <br /> was pending in a court of competent jurisdiction The application for Time Extension shall <br /> include documentation of the dates from when the lawsuit was filed with the court and <br /> when the case was dismissed or a final judgement rendered by the court. <br /> SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, <br /> and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once (1) in <br /> the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State <br /> of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br />
