GX-95-1 <br /> Dear Mr�e_: <br /> I am in receipt of the information that you submitted on June <br /> 19th as follows: <br /> • A marked up copy of my June 10th letter to you. <br /> • A letter to you dated March 7, 1996 from Earl W. <br /> Cummings. <br /> • Excerpts from a publication with the heading in the top <br /> margin of "Bank and Shore Protection-Design <br /> Principles" . <br /> • The inflow and release rates for New Hogan Reservoir <br /> for the calendar year of 1995 and the periods of <br /> January t'Zr a June 11, 1996 . <br /> • The Plant Inventory prepared by Gianelli Company. <br /> This resuonse to the information that you submitted follows in <br /> order the points raised in my June 10, 1996 letter as follows: <br /> • The "Plant Inventory" prepared by Gianelli Company <br /> notes that elderberry bushes are on the site. This <br /> reoort notes that their croximate location was shown on <br /> a plot map. However, the plot map is not included. The <br /> inventory indicates that Mir. Gianelli examined the <br /> plants and found no evidence of the elderberry beetle. <br /> Also , my June 10, 1996 letter to you indicated that the <br /> natsra'_ diversity data base contained information that <br /> the Tiger Salamander which is federally threatened may <br /> be in t.ne area. There was no animal survev submitted. <br /> Someone did cross cuz Tiger Salamander on the Jure 10th <br /> :atter -hat was returned, but no exp lanaticn was given. <br />
