ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING UNIFORM ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 850, AS AMENDFO, BY <br /> RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF STATE ROUTE 99 EAST FRONTAGE <br /> ROAD, 500 FEET NORTH OF MUNFORD AVENUE,SOUTHEAST STOCKTON,AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT <br /> 1. <br /> THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, <br /> DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Uniform Zoning Ordinance No. 850, as amended, is hereby further amended by <br /> reclassifying 27.9 acres from I-L (Limited Industriao to I-G (General Industrial), as shown in Exhibit 1. <br /> SECTION 2.The Director of the Community Development Department shall revise the Zoning Map <br /> of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption <br /> and, prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once (1) in <br /> the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State <br /> of Cal'rfomia, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br /> Joaquin, State of California, on this day of , 1996, by the following vote of the Board <br /> of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ROBERT J.
