BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GP-96-1, AS SHOWN ON THE <br /> ATTACHED EXHIBIT. <br /> WHEREAS, on June 13, 1996,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered General <br /> Plan Map Amendment No. GP-96-1; and <br /> WHEREAS, On , 1996, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said <br /> matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised <br /> on the premises; <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors did approve a Negative Declaration for this project; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors determined that the internal consistency of the General Plan <br /> is maintained in adoption of the amendment; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that the General Plan 2010 <br /> of San Joaquin County is hereby amended by approval of the foilowing: <br /> 1. General Plan Amendment Application No. GP-96-1 of Oldcastle Precast Inc. to change 27.9-acres <br /> from I/L (Limited Industrial) to I/G (General Industrial). The project site is located on the east side <br /> of State Route 99 East Frontage Road, 500 feet north of Munford Avenue, southeast Stockton, <br /> as described in Exhibit 1. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of , 1996, by the following vote of the Board <br /> of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ROBERT J.
