March Lane, Stockton) , with CB Commercial, <br /> was present to represent Richard Kulka. He recommended approval of <br /> the project and was available to answer any questions. <br /> OPPONENTS: <br /> No one was present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: <br /> MOTION: <br /> Moved, seconded (Stockar/Demichelis) , and passed by a unanimous <br /> roll call vote (6-0; Zunino, absent) to: <br /> 1. Forward the Negative Declaration to the Board of Supervisors <br /> with a recommendation that it be adopted; and <br /> 2 . Forward Zone Reclassification No. ZR-96-2 to the Board of <br /> Supervisors with a recommendation for approval based on the <br /> ability to make the required "Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification.
