EI Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202, <br /> (209) 937-8266 <br /> Subject: City Community Development Department Response to San Joaquin County <br /> Referral — PA-0700321 (SA) <br /> Project Description: A Site Approval application for a highway construction business that <br /> utilizes and existing 20,000 square foot building of which 7,000 square feet <br /> will be used for office space and 13,000 square feet will be used as a <br /> warehouse and an expansion of 2,500 square feet for a mechanics shop. <br /> Stockton General Plan Designation: Low/Medium-Density Residential <br /> Recommendation: Denial, The Planning Division has reviewed the proposed Site <br /> Approval application (PA-0700321/SA)to establish a highway construction business on the <br /> property located in the County at 3291 South State Route 99, West Frontage Road <br /> (APN 179-090-12) and recommends that it be denied.
