(4) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty (20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (6) Each truck-parking stall shall be a minimum twenty-five (25) feet in length and fifteen (15) <br /> feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of fourteen (14) feet. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.6 (c) [1]) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways <br /> designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[h]t1]) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, <br /> however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> r LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance Requirement per California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 2, Chapter <br /> 2.7. <br /> (2) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width <br /> of Carpenter Road and S. State Route 99 W. Frontage Road, shall be installed across <br /> the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7[a]) <br /> (3) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage <br /> areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.7[a]) <br /> (4) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and <br /> kept mowed and dust free. <br /> SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to eight (8) feet in height shall be erected along the western <br /> property line adjacent to truck parking areas. (Development Title Section 1022.4[e][11) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. <br /> Screening shall be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred <br /> (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than <br /> two (2) feet above the adjacent screen.
