(4) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty (20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) (5) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (2) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Carpenter Road and S. State Route 99 W. Frontage Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7[a]) (3) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9- 1020.7[a]) (4) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to eight (8) feet in height shall be erected along the western property line adjacent to truck parking areas. (Development Title Section 1022.4[e][11) (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen.
