(4) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty (20)feet long. State Route 99 W. Frontage Road, shall be installed across <br /> the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7[a]) <br /> (3) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage <br /> areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.7[a]) <br /> (4) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and <br /> kept mowed and dust free. <br /> SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to eight (8) feet in height shall be erected along the western <br /> property line adjacent to truck parking areas. (Development Title Section 1022.4[e][11) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. <br /> Screening shall be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred <br /> (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than <br /> two (2) feet above the adjacent screen.
