j. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet <br /> from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1710.21g]) <br /> k. CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE: The following California Fire Code (CFC) requirements will be <br /> applicable to the proposed project. The following conditions shall be address prior to <br /> submittal of a building permit application to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) CFC, Section 503 Fire Apparatus Access Roads: Shall be provided as required by this <br /> section. <br /> (2) CFC, Section 906 Portable Fire Extinguishers: Provide portable fire extinguishers as <br /> required by this section. <br /> (3) CFC, Section 506 Key Box: A Knox Box shall be installed according to local fire <br /> department's instructions. An application shall be submitted for the key box at <br /> Montezuma Fire District. If there is an electronically controlled access gate at this site <br /> a Knox key switch will also be required. <br /> (4) CFC, Section 105 Permits: Operational Permits may be required prior to occupancy. <br /> 2.
