State Route 99 West Frontage Road APN: 179-150-26 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 99 West frontage has an existing right-of-way width of 46-feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 46-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards <br /> R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit.
