(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: William Thompson, et al APN: 179-160-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of <br /> Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, <br /> California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional <br /> flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> South 99 Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of 46 feet (18 feet plus 28 feet) and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet (18 feet plus 32 feet). <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach, unless already paved, shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />
