The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result <br /> in a thirty-two (32) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of South 99 Frontage Road <br /> to the property line across the parcel's frontage. (A $225.00 fee currentfy is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed.) <br /> (City of Stockton) <br /> 4. The frontage improvements for South 99 Frontage Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 64-foot right-of-way City of Stockton <br /> Industrial Street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of <br /> Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As an <br /> option, the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of$115.00. <br /> (City of Stockton) <br /> 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $616.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as Manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index <br /> as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently <br /> is $159.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Manufacturing.
