CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-5 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> 4. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than <br /> 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (2) Existing Tire Shop to be fire sprinklered or the addition <br /> to be separated by a 60-foot yard. <br /> (3) Maintain 40 foot distance between the "roof only" portion <br /> and the structures to the south. <br /> (4) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The existing building shall meet all requirements for Group H, <br /> Division 3 occupancy (tire recapping) , unless the 60 foot yard <br /> to the east is maintained. <br /> 5. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION <br /> a. The use of reflective materials that impair aircraft pilot <br /> vision is prohibited. <br />
