The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of the building permit application. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-30-4) . <br /> C. The frontage improvements for South 99 Frontage Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 60-foot right-of-way farm or estate subdivision street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate. The estimate and <br /> legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option the <br /> Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with <br /> estimate for an additional fee of $100. 00) (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-9433) . <br /> d. An Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the <br /> road right-of-way (Streets and Highway Title Section 10-3103) . <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain nay underground utility lines. <br />
