UP-92-3 OF ROEK BROTHERS <br /> / / G. <br /> The Development Services Division intends to recommend approval of <br /> Application No. UP-92-3 , subject to the following conditions. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Parking requirements: <br /> (1) A minimum of 20 parking spaces shall be provided <br /> for new development. <br /> (2) All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be <br /> delineated. <br /> (3) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be paved and permanently maintained <br /> with asphalt or cement. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided where necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. (Section 9-3704 (a) ) <br />
