A minimum five percent of the area must be <br /> landscaped. <br /> b. One tree is required for each 10 parking <br /> stalls, or portion thereof. Trees must be <br /> selected from the County' s Approved Tree List. <br /> C. A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip is <br /> required along State Route 99 East Frontage <br /> Road except where crossed by the driveway. <br /> d. Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a <br /> minimum of five-feet-wide. A minimum 18-inch- <br /> wide paved strip shall be added to the <br /> adjacent parking stall to allow access to and <br /> from vehicles. <br /> (5) One loading space shall be provided. The space <br /> shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet <br /> in width, with a minimum height clearance of 14 <br /> feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may <br /> be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as <br /> long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are <br /> provided. (Section 9-3705) <br /> b. Any additional signage shall conform to the following: <br /> (1) All exterior signs shall pertain only to a <br /> permitted use or the sale or lease of a building or <br /> lot. In no case shall a sign project more than two <br /> feet in height above the building, and a sign or <br /> signs shall not employ flashing or intermittent <br /> illuminations. <br /> (2) The area of a sign shall not exceed ten percent of <br /> the area of the wall against which it is located. <br /> (3) Small directional signs and other signs necessary <br /> to the functioning of the business shall be <br /> permitted. <br />
