COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-92-3 <br /> 3 . The frontage improvements for South 99 Frontage Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one-half of a <br /> 60-foot right-of-way Industrial street . The construction of <br /> the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by <br /> the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan . ( A $250.00 fee currently is required <br /> for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition <br /> to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements . The estimate and legal description <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Public Works Department and submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department for approval .
