Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer, and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's General Plan, the property <br /> owner will be required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer Service Application <br /> and pay the applicable fees. Further, the owner/developer shall be responsible for all <br /> costs involved in the extension of the sewer main to serve this parcel, as required, to <br /> meet City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer main across the <br /> entire frontaae of the property. <br /> 2. The subject parcel lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities <br /> District 90-1 (Sewer District) and is not currently annexed. As a condition of receiving <br /> City of Stockton sewer service, the property owner must annex to the District (sign the <br /> CFD 90-1 MOU) and pay the District annexation fee (currently $5,961.16/acre based on <br /> the acreage as determined by the legal parcel size) prior to permit issuance or <br /> recordation of a subdivision map. Further, property owner must comply with San <br /> Joaquin County Health Department requirements relative to septic abandonment. <br /> 3. The owner/developer should dedicate appropriate right-of-way along the State Route <br /> 99 West Frontage Road sufficient to accommodate future widening of Highway 99. <br /> Further, the owner/developer should install full frontage improvements along State <br /> Route 99 West Frontage Road adjacent the site, including, but not limited to, curb, <br /> r-.1 1=n=NIA'S SUNRISE SEAPORT' <br />
