f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6)to eight(8) feet in height shall be erected along the property lines of <br /> APN 179-160-36, 179-171-34 and 179-171-05. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e](1). The <br /> masonry wall along APN 179-171-34 may be deferred until that parcel is developed with a <br /> residential use. <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trailers and storage areas <br /> for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one <br /> hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two <br /> (2)feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> (3) If parking is proposed adjacent to a residential zone or an existing residential use, a five foot <br /> planting strip is required in the parking lot along the property line(s) containing the residential <br /> zone or use. (Development Title Section 9-1020.5[e]) <br /> i. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe).
