Phase 1 (to be completed within 18 months) <br /> consists of a new 1,000 square-foot office,a truck parking area for 36 trucks and the remodeling of <br /> an existing 5,000 square-foot maintenance building. Phase 2(to be completed within 10 years) <br /> consists of a new 2,966 square-foot truck wash and lube building. Phase 3 (to be completed within <br /> 15 years)consists of a new 12,000 square-foot maintenance shop and the addition of 22 truck <br /> parking spaces.
