Prior to issuance of the occupancy permit for Phase 1 of the project,the driveway approaches shall be <br /> improved to accommodate the STAA design vehicle as identified in the Caltrans Highway Design Manual and <br /> to conform with the STAA 24-hour truck tum-around standards per the California MUTCD and as shown on <br /> the approved site plan. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. All vehicular parking related to applicant's proposed development shall be onsite at all times. Parking in the <br /> County right-of-way for all vehicles related to the proposed development shall be prohibited. It is the <br /> responsibility of applicant to monitor State Route 99 East Frontage Road to ensure compliance with this <br /> requirement. <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for each phase of this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application for each phase. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July <br /> I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 5. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for each phase of this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application for each phase of the project. The fee will be based on <br /> the current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for each phase of this development. The <br /> fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit for each phase. The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year rhrough the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. The fee will be based on <br /> the current schedule at the time of payment. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327. <br /> R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit for each phase of the <br /> project. <br /> 8. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or equal when <br /> the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be calculated and <br /> submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of building permit for Phase 1 <br /> of the project. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 9. The applicant shall comply with the State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB)General Order No. 97- <br /> 03-DWQ, "General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Industrial Activities Excluding <br /> Construction Activities". The WDID for the Industrial General Permit issued by SWRCB shall be submitted <br /> to Public Works. <br /> 10. The Applicant shall file `Permit Registration Documents' (PRD)with the SWRCB and submit the `Waste <br /> Discharge Identification Number(%A'DID) issued by the SWRCB to the Department of Public Works. <br />
