(3) All conditions approval shall-be-oammp -ef <br /> approval. <br /> d BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1135) <br /> f PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following- <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement <br /> concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) <br /> (2) A minimum of thirty-three (33) parking spaces shall be provided, including two (2) accessible <br /> spaces, one of which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). Fifteen (15) parking spaces shall be required <br /> for Phase I and an additional eighteen (18) parking spaces shall be required for Phase 11 <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> g. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in <br /> length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways <br /> and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering <br /> areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet fro one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide (Development Title Section 9-1015.5(h)) <br /> I LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
