3. Even we face threaten we would be attacked, but we still refused to serve some <br /> lewd or disorderly persons and restrict them to enter or remain on our property in <br /> order to keep our property and business peaceful and safe and also meet the <br /> requirement from the Sheriff department that they sent to the public hearing on <br /> March, 2005 for the application to revoke the use permit on our property. <br /> 4. As our proposal plan presented at the public hearing held on March, 2005, we <br /> demolished the mobile homes. We renovated the interior of the restaurant <br /> building and keep it clean and upgrade it as a fine dining restaurant and re-paint <br /> the exterior of the building for 3 times in this 20 months since we have purchased <br /> the property. We just started painting for the 3rd time since last Sunday. <br /> 5. We have contacted with the San Joaquin County Planning Department, Building <br /> Department and Enforcement Department regarding upgrade the motel building <br /> into a professional office. And we decided the motel would not be inhabited until <br /> we had our new building project been approved. <br /> 6. We already get the approved of connecting to the city sewer and water from City <br /> of Stockton in order to completing the new development plan. <br /> 7. We have already hired 2 Architect Company Who will design and apply for site <br /> plan for a 4-story mix-used professional & industrial building at the back of the <br /> restaurant building. The estimated total cost will be over $14,000,000.00. But it <br /> will take at least another 18-24 months to complete the site approval from the San <br /> Joaquin County and City of Stockton. <br /> 8. We already lost lots of income for catering large group booking requesting bring <br /> their own music for Christmas party, company farewell party, graduating party <br /> and birthday party. <br /> 9. Lots of business nearby operating 24 hours and they hire lots of contractors <br /> nationwide staying at Hammon Inn. The employees who work at the evening shift <br /> and the guests from Hamton Inn would like to look for a place where they can <br /> have food service and serve alcohol lately after work. <br /> 10. The mainly clientele of our business are the employee of the business nearby and <br /> the main post office , the cadet and the officer from the Youth Authorities and the <br /> California correction agency Academic, the residence of the neighborhood and <br /> the new homes on the west side of the Highway99. There will be another 8,000 <br /> residence houses have been granted to build at the south of the run way of <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport. <br /> We looking for the San Joaquin county Commission will considerate our application <br /> and will be appreciate for your approval. <br /> Yours faithfully, <br /> (Philip Yee& Shirley Zhai) <br />
