An 11-foot-wide roadway dedication is required on State Route 99 East Frontage Road along the frontage of APN 179-200-30 and 31 . c . The frontage improvements for State Route 99 East Frontage Road shall be constructed in conformance with the stan- dards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way street . The construction of the frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of the Department of Public Works, in which event the owner shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement Plan and issuance of a Building Permit . d. An Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. e . A 50-foot right-of-way dedication to the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District is required along the north property line of APN 179-200-31 along Little Johns Creek. Security fencing shall be constructed along- the nevi right-of-way line at Little John Creek, and it shall be approved by the San Joaquin County Flood Control District . 3 . San Joaquin Local Health District : a. Show on the Improvement Plan the actual location of the existing sewage system. b . State on the site plan that if the company does not relo- cate within two years , the existing sewage system will be upgraded to 2400 gallons of septic tank and 500 feet of leach line . �- c . Since the number of employees exceeds 24 for at least 60 days per year , a yearly permit to operate a public water system is required by the Health District under the provi- sions of Title 22 , CAC . This requirement shall be met immediately.
