c. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall make appropriate application and <br /> pay fees to the Environmental Health Department to amend its public water system permit. <br /> Modifying or changing the distribution system requires a permit amendment per the California <br /> Health and Safety Code Section 116550. <br /> d. Revised site plans shall be submitted and approved by the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permits to reflect the appropriately designed sewage disposal system <br /> and the required 100 percent replacement area per the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards <br /> as determined by the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study (Development Title Section 9-1110.5) <br /> e.
