Monica Nino <br /> July 21, 2015 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> In the event that project improvements are proposed on parcels overlying the existing 20-inch <br /> sanitary sewer pipeline located on airport property in Easement No. 4 as depicted on the <br /> Airport Property Map Exhibit "A" dated February 1, 2008, the County will be required to assess <br /> the condition of the existing 20-inch sanitary sewer pipeline and consider alternatives for <br /> rehabilitation, replacement, realignment, or abandonment of the pipeline. Public sewers shall <br /> be no less than 8-inch diameter. <br /> REQUEST FOR UTILITY SERVICE—AIRPARK 599 PROJECT <br /> Prior to connection to sewer or water, standard connection fees must be paid to the City of <br /> Stockton and the necessary permit(s) must be obtained from the City of Stockton. <br /> Storm Drainage <br /> Storm drainage to the project site is not currently provided by the City of Stockton. <br /> Retention/Detention storage and/or acquisition of rights-of way and construction of off-site <br /> improvements to terminal drainage facilities may be required. All storm drainage and <br /> Retention/Detention facilities that serve the Airpark 599 Project shall be conveyed to the City <br /> at the time the project is annexed. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, approval and construction of all master plan <br /> facilities, and completion of any required General Plan Amendment, the City of Stockton can <br /> provide water and sanitary sewer service to the subject property. All necessary permits and <br /> approvals shall be obtained before connection to City utilities will be allowed. It should be <br /> noted that this letter only represe.nts...the status of the City Utility Systems at this time. It does <br /> not constitute a reservation or guarantee of capacity, nor does it vest the property with any <br /> entitlements.
