Monica Nino <br /> July 21,2015 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> All water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain improvements shall be located within public roadway <br /> rights-of way and dedicated public utility easements. <br /> REQUEST FOR UTILITY SERVICE—AIRPARK S99 PROJECT <br /> All water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain facilities shall be constructed in strict conformance <br /> with City of Stockton Standards and Specifications and shall be inspected by the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> All master plans, improvement plans, and all development, public and private, within the <br /> project area are subject to and shall conform to the County's Stormwater Quality Control <br /> Criteria Plan. <br /> All connections to, and work on, City maintained utilities, and all work within City streets <br /> require an encroachment permit from the City Public Works Department. <br /> All existing wells and septic systems within the project area shall be destroyed in conformance <br /> with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> The subject parcel does not lie within a City Area of Benefit. <br /> Water <br /> The subject project is located within the City's South Water System Service Area. Sufficient <br /> capacity exists to serve the proposed project at this time. <br /> The required points of connection are in Arch-Airport Road at: "B" Street, Pock Lane, <br /> Giannecchini Lane, and Quantas Lane. <br /> Water mains shall be no less than 12-inch diameter. <br /> Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is located within the City of Stockton's Collection System No. 8. Sufficient <br /> capacity is available, west of the intersection of Arch-Airport Road and Alitalia Way,to serve the <br /> proposed project at this time. <br />
