REQUEST FOR UTILITY SERVICE—AIRPARK S99 PROJECT All water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain facilities shall be constructed in strict conformance with City of Stockton Standards and Specifications and shall be inspected by the City of Stockton. All master plans, improvement plans, and all development, public and private, within the project area are subject to and shall conform to the County's Stormwater Quality Control Criteria Plan. All connections to, and work on, City maintained utilities, and all work within City streets require an encroachment permit from the City Public Works Department. All existing wells and septic systems within the project area shall be destroyed in conformance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department requirements. The subject parcel does not lie within a City Area of Benefit. Water The subject project is located within the City's South Water System Service Area. Sufficient capacity exists to serve the proposed project at this time. The required points of connection are in Arch-Airport Road at: "B" Street, Pock Lane, Giannecchini Lane, and Quantas Lane. Water mains shall be no less than 12-inch diameter. Sanitary Sewer The subject parcel is located within the City of Stockton's Collection System No. 8. Sufficient capacity is available, west of the intersection of Arch-Airport Road and Alitalia Way,to serve the proposed project at this time.
