County of -and is described as follows: San Joaquin A portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section Five (5), township one (1) South, range seven (7) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 5, township one (1) South, range 7 East Mount Diablo Base and Meridian; and run thence West along the North line of said Section 2626 feet to the 1/4 Section corner; thence South along the 1/4 Section line 1622 feet; thence East, 2632 feet to the East line of said section; thence North, 1622 feet to the point of beginning. Save and except a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, township 1 South, range 7 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, and being a portion of the lands described in that certain decree in partition, Dated November 21 , 1902 recorded in Vol. 120 of Book A of Deeds, page 185, San Joaquin County Records, said portion being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Commencing at a point that bears South 89 degrees 52 minutes West, 50.07 feet from Engineers Station 087-84.93 of the Department of Public Works 0 center line survey of a portion of State Highway X-SJ-4-E, said point being in the North line of said Section 5, and being 4868.2 feet North and 890.8 feet east of a fence intersection marking the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/6 of said Section; thence from the above described point of commencing and from a tangent that bears South 3 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds East along a curve to the left, having a radius of 15,050 feet; through a central angle of 0 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds East, a distance of 30.05 feet; thence South 3 degrees 20 minutes East, 1.597.75 feet to a point in the boundary line common to the lands now or formerly owned by James V. Salmon and the heirs and devisees of Glendower P. Salmon, deceased, last said point being 50 feet Westerly at right angles from the said 0 center line; thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes East, 50.07 feet along said common_boundary -line. to_a_ point-in-the-said survey------ - —center inI a thence following along said center line, North 3 degrees 20 minutes West 1600.93 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 15,000.00 feet; through a central angle of 0 degrees 06 minutes 15 seconds a distance of 27.27 feet to a point in the projection of the North line of aforesaid section; thence along said section line and projection south 89 degrees 52 minutes West, 50.07 feet to the point of commencement.
