<br /> Beginning at a point marking the Northwest corner of that certain 0.22 acre
<br /> parcel of land described in Deed to the State of California, recorded July 29,
<br /> 1931 in Vol. 371 of Official Records, page 384. San Joaquin County Records;
<br /> thence along the North line of said Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, South 89
<br /> degrees 58 minutes West, 26.05 feet; thence from a tangent that bears South 3
<br /> degrees 12 minutes 46 seconds East, along a curve concave to the East, having
<br /> a radius of 15.076 feet through an angle of 0 degrees 07 minutes 14 seconds, a
<br /> distance of 31 .68 feet; thence South 3 degrees 20 minutes East, 1165.37 feet
<br /> to the North line of that certain 10.0 acre parcel of land described in Deed
<br /> to Tony Francis Knapp, a single man, recorded July 6, 1949 in Vol. 1202, of
<br /> Official Records, page 244, San Joaquin County Records; thence along said
<br /> North line North 89 degrees 58 minutes East, 26.05 feet to the !Jest line of
<br /> said 0.22 acre parcel of land; thence along said West line, North 3 degrees 20
<br /> minutes West, 1166.87 feet; thence along a curve concave to the East, having a
<br /> radius of 15.050 feet through an angle of 0 degrees 06 minutes 53 seconds, a
<br /> distance of 30. 15 feet to the point of beginning.

<br /> feet; thence South 54 degrees 52 minutes East, 1536.23 feet to a point in the
<br /> West line of said West Frontage Road of State Highway U.S. 99; thence along
<br /> the West line of said West Frontage Road of State Highway U.S. 99 as follows:

<br /> beginning of curve; Northerly on a curve to the right radius, 15.076 feet
