If facility only generates and removes waste within 90 <br /> days , a permit will be required from the Health District <br /> and applicable hazardous waste rules and regulations must <br /> be complied with. <br /> g. The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services should <br /> be contacted for permit requirements regarding hazardous <br /> materials . <br /> h. If more than 10 per cent of the volume of the hazardous <br /> waste tank is below grade , it will be considered an <br /> underground storage tank and is subject to regulations and <br /> permit requirements of the State of California and /or the <br /> Health District . <br /> i . Submit four (4 ) copies of plans for underground fuel <br /> storage tanks for review by the Health District prior to <br /> installation . <br /> 3. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION <br /> a. Reflective roofs and other visual distractions to pilots , <br /> and interference with aircraft communications and <br /> navigation are prohibited . <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. A minimum of two parking spaces for each three employees <br /> working on the shift with the largest number of employees <br /> shall be provided . <br /> b. All outdoor storage of materials or non—motorized <br /> equipment shall be screened by solid 6 ' high fencing or a <br /> solid vegetative screen . <br /> C. A loading/unloading zone equivalent to four spaces of 15 ' <br /> x 25 ' shall be provided . <br /> d . A wall—mounted sign or a monument sign that meets all the <br /> requirements of Section 9-3606 shall be permitted . <br /> e. A trash enclosure with solid walls on three sides and <br /> gated on the other shall be provided . <br /> f . Any outdoor lighting shall be approved by the Stockton <br /> Metro Airport and shall not illuminate adjacent properties <br /> or create a glare problem. <br />
